Grafoplast®’s 190 Series of slide-on transparent sleeves provide marking for electronic wires.
Made of PVC and featuring two recesses – the one on top of the sleeve holds the marking elements or pre-printed tag, while the one on the bottom encases the wire. This unique profile means you can change out marking elements or tags while the sleeve remains on the wire.
The 190 Series covers cable OD 0.6mm to 1.2mm.

Perfect for small wires and cables
Electronic and instrumentation wiring runs thinner than almost anything else on a panel, and a sleeve sized for building or control cable will simply spin loose on it. The 190 Series exists for that gap: a slide-on sleeve purpose-built for cable outer diameters of 0.6mm to 1.2mm, the range typical of ribbon leads, sensor wiring, PCB pigtails and other fine-gauge connections inside enclosures and instrumentation assemblies.
Construction follows the same dual-recess principle as Grafoplast’s other slide-on lines – a top channel for the marking element or tag, a bottom channel for the wire – so technicians working on densely populated boards or harnesses can relabel a connection without re-terminating it.
The series is deliberately narrow: two sleeve lengths (10mm and 15mm), no bulk-roll or bar format, because electronic assembly work calls for a handful of precisely sized sleeves per harness rather than metres of stock cut to length on a bench. That narrower scope is the point – it’s a specialist product for technicians who need a legible, secure marker on wire too fine for the 100 or 200 Series to grip properly, without the excess bulk a larger sleeve would add to a tightly packed harness.
