The 100 Series of transparent sleeves offers one size sleeve for one size cable, for a firmer fit.
Made of PVC and featuring two recesses – the one on top of the sleeve holds the marking elements or pre-printed tag, while the one on the bottom encases the wire. This unique profile means you can change out marking elements or tags while the sleeve remains on the wire.
The 100 Series range covers cable OD 1mm-30mm.
Precision-fit sleeving
The 100 Series is Grafoplast’s precision-fit slide-on sleeve: one sleeve size is matched to one cable diameter, so the fit stays snug rather than loose enough to spin or slide out of position. Each sleeve carries two recesses running its length – one holds the interchangeable marking element or printed tag, the other slips over the cable itself – so an installer can update the identification on a panel or machine without cutting a new sleeve or disturbing the wire underneath. That matters most in environments where labelling changes over the life of the installation: control cabinets that get re-terminated, OEM equipment that ships with generic tags and gets customer-specific numbering added on the line, or facilities standardizing their wire marking after the fact.
Sixteen diameter bands cover the range from 1mm up to 30mm, in sleeve lengths from 10mm up to 40mm depending on the size, plus 25-metre bulk rolls for the smaller diameters and 500mm marking bars for the largest. Smaller sizes are stocked in packs of up to 1,000 pieces for panel-shop volume; the largest diameters step down to smaller packs suited to lower-volume industrial and heavy-cable work.
Every sleeve is PVC construction, designed to read clearly under panel lighting and hold its position through routine handling and vibration.
