The 200 Series of transparent sleeves is the best choice when you need one size sleeve to fit multiple cable diameters.
Made of PVC and featuring two openings – the one on top of the sleeve holds the marking elements or pre-printed tag, while the one on the bottom encases the wire. This unique profile means you can change out marking elements or tags while the sleeve remains on the wire.
The 200 Series covers cable OD 1.5mm to 40mm.
A wider range of sizes
Not every job has a single, known cable diameter to sleeve – insulation thickness varies between manufacturers, jacketed multi-core cable tapers slightly along its length, and a stores cupboard stocked for one exact size rarely matches what turns up on site. The 200 Series is Grafoplast’s answer: eight sleeve sizes, each engineered to grip securely across a wider diameter band than the 100 Series equivalent, so one part number covers cable that would otherwise need two or three precision sizes.
The trade-off is intentional – a slightly looser tolerance in exchange for fewer SKUs to stock and fewer near-misses when the cable on the bench isn’t quite what the datasheet promised.
Coverage runs from 1.5mm up to 40mm outer diameter across eight bands, with most sizes supplied as 15mm sleeves and the smallest and largest also available in alternate lengths.
The same dual-recess build carries through from the rest of the slide-on range – a channel for the marking element, a channel for the wire, interchangeable without removing the sleeve – so relabelling stays quick even though the sleeve itself is doing double duty across a broader size range.
It’s the practical choice for maintenance stores, panel builders working across mixed cable stock, and any application where “close enough, reliably” beats a size chart with too many entries
