Wire marking sleeves
Individual wire identification demands marking solutions that stay secure throughout years of vibration, temperature cycling, and handling during maintenance. Our transparent sleeve systems provide durable identification whilst maintaining full visibility of the conductor beneath – a critical safety feature when working with colour-coded wiring.
Each series features the distinctive dual-recess profile: marking elements sit securely in the upper chamber whilst the lower chamber grips the wire. This separation prevents markings from rotating around the conductor and allows you to update identification without removing the sleeve. For panel builders working with dozens or hundreds of connections, this flexibility proves invaluable when circuit designations change during commissioning.
Our range of sleeves are completely compatible with both the TRASP manual wire marking system and the EVOMAX thermal printer for bulk printing of custom tags.
